Here is the Interleague poster for this year. As far as I am aware there will be 3 teams being sent to the Interleague from Elgin. One is being organised by Brad Wight, one by Alan Duncan and the other by Martin Hendry. More information will appear here regarding deadlines for teams and for monies. BRAD - Many folk may not have powerpoint to download the poster. Can you post as you did the tour flyer? Cheers. Attachments:

I've had a chat with Derek Ahearn, the Chairman of SEPF, and they have to pay the deposit to the caravan park by the end of August. The deposit works out at £200 per team (leaving £250 to pay.)
I have the details for a bank transfer direct to SEPF so if those of us entering teams could get the money sorted for the AGM (18th August) then we can pay SEPF in plenty time for their deadline.
Cheers, Brad.

Thanks for that Brad I have added your 3 teams to the list. Can you email me when you will be transferring the money and I will inform the treasurer.

I've paid SEPF my deposit, Martin's going to square me up his team's deposit at the tour event tomorrow and I'm yet to receive confirmation from the Ionic whether they're entering a team or not. I spoke to Derek yesterday and he knows where we stand.
I have the interleague team registration forms here, I understand you've got them as well Adam? If so can you get your team to fill them out and I'll post them off with mine? You can do it by email if you wish and I'll just email it back to Derek.
Cheers!

That's the deposits paid by all three teams, I'm waiting on confirmation that they have been received but it won't be a problem. I'll get the registration forms emailed out to the team captains soon. No real rush on them though.
Should be a good weekend!

Just to make sure everyone is aware of travel arrangements! Coach has been booked for all three teams! If anyone needs a particular pick up point then let me know and we can sort something out! The coach costs £750 which basically works out at about £35 pound each. This needs to be paid to your team captains no later than Tuesday 16th November!!! This should be good as we will all be travelling down together as an Elgin team and will basically be door to door pick up so no hassle! If anyone has any problems/queries about this then please give me a call ASAP! 07854879210 or get me at work on 01343 550747. Cheers lads and get practicing!

Cheers Tony. Won't it be simpler and easier just to have one or two main pick up points, perhaps the Town Hall and somewhere in New Elgin? I don't mind running the car up to Burghead to pick folk up in the morning if it would help?

Elgin derby in Group D?! Nice one!
Tony, I've got the bairn all weekend for a change so won't be able to make the bonnie but possibly come down for a bit if you manage to sort something for the bowl. Let me know either way and I'll let the rest of the C team know.
