19 people eligible to vote.
The Secretary expressed his concern at the poor attendance, particularly from interleague and tour players.
Ross McInnes explained what the SPA had to offer the league by way of a season long trial affilation. This was followed by a question and answer session.
Derek Ahern then discussed what the SEPF had to offer the league. Again, question were asked. A new 5 Man team event was announced by the SEPF this will take place in March or April at Pettycur Bay.
The Secretary summed up the presentations and checked that everyone was happy to proceed with the vote.
22 votes were returned, three were discounted as voters had not been present at the meeting, one wasn't a league player and one wasn't even in the building.
The results were as follows:
11 players voted to affiliate the league to the SEPF
8 players voted to affiliate the league to the SPA
0 abstentions.
Therefore the Elgin and District Pool League will continue to affiliate to the SEPF for 2013.
